The hotel's decoration was lovely and gave a warm and cozy feeling. The common areas were well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. As a senior traveler, I appreciated the ease of accessibility throughout the hotel. The staff kindly assisted me with my luggage and ensured that I had a smooth experience navigating the premises.
It would have been even better if the children working there had more knowledge about the local attractions and transportation options. A better understanding of the area would have been helpful for senior travelers like myself to make the most of our vacation.

Modest comfortable hotel with a benevolent personnel. Comfortable location and transport.
Very small rooms without a refrigerator. Bad sound-proofing.

The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful, it is close to the metro.
Stairs to get in - lift begins on first floor! Internet is available but gets expensive as it runs slowly... but that is not the fault of the staff. At least it is there! Online info gave impression it was 3*, when it is 2*.

Location close enough to fast-foods around, and shops and transport. Airy, clean rooms with 2 double bed for 3 nites, a fan and non-allergenic blanket, perfect setting...

We had a perfectly pleasant time staying at this hotel. Stayed here for 2 days, enjoyed the property, it was clean with nice and unbeatable location to the expo in Port de Versailles via the tram which is also walking distance.

I always stay at the same place, they make me feel at home. Staff helped me with bags, remember it. Perfect for my romantic escapes. Has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV. I keep coming back, no regrets.

Staff nice, helpful and very friendly in an informal way. Room quite spacious (by Parisian standards). Cleaning lady visited daily. Room overlooking the backyard - very quiet. Great location, one of the nicest neighborhoods in Paris. If you know what to expect from a two-star room in Paris, this is good value for money.
Carpet a bit old, narrow staircase (could be a problem for people with reduced mobility and/or heavy luggage).

It's close to metro. The staff spoke English, so no problem on communication.I also found a good chinese fast food restaurant close by, named XingSheng.

This room has good airflow with a fan and a big cozy bed, for example. 😊

hotel is overpriced. There where rooms under renovation with a lot of dust in all parts of the hotel. (including room-carpet). Staircase and elevator are small, definitely not suitable for travelers with more than 1 piece of luggage. Room size decent with good sound isolation. Blankets are very old and dusty.

Excellent location near public transportation. During our recent stay at Residence Chatillon, we were delighted by its convenient location just steps away from the subway. This made exploring the city a breeze and saved us valuable time and effort. The hotel's proximity to public transportation was definitely a major plus for us. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for a good night's sleep. While there were some minor issues, such as limited amenities and the outdated lift, the overall experience was positive. The staff, while not overly friendly, was professional and accommodating. We appreciated the value for money and found the hotel to be a suitable choice for our stay in the city. With its convenient location and comfortable rooms, we would recommend Residence Chatillon to fellow travelers seeking a well-located and reasonably priced accommodation option in Paris.

Relatively central location close to Metro
Almost unusable lift, very narrow staircase, very tired decor, low standard of cleanliness.
